The location was nice and ideal and the room was overall clean. The room was nicely decorated and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and underfloor heating, that's cool.

Equipment of the room, very spacious and quite attractive. Shuttle to the resort included.
-Check in and check out rather chaotic. -This is especially true when you have an extended family above you and you have the feeling that the ceiling is coming down. -Breakfast not before 8:00. Breakfast room much too small, mass processing, you had to queue longer. We took our breakfast tray up to the room. Hair in scrambled eggs, coffee terrible

overall very nice stay on holidays. a family-friendly hotel with outstanding food. good drinks and hardboiled eggs, toast, pastries and yogurt. ideal location in a very nice area so close to the steakhouse and the mont tremblant ski area.

Separate bedroom. Two bathrooms... Free hotel bus shuttle to Mont Tremblant
Breakfast room narrow and noisy. Plastic dishes and cutlery. . Carpet in the room old and a little bit musty.

Attentive staff, savoury breakfast, had a very good stay overall on holidays. The breakfast was savoury and plentiful, the check in was early. The staff were attentive and top-class and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

Would also give 11 points. Really very, very nice hotel, which has completely convinced!
No socket near the bed, but not everybody needs one. Under the bed should be cleaned, there you will find "amazing things".

Nice hot tub, good breakfast and friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable.
Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Some of the paths outside were very slippy.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and helpful staff who even found my lost bracelet. Highly recommend trying the restaurant's sushi. I'm excited to come back for another trip!
